Melde never changes your plan without your OK.

Every morning: what last night means for today’s session, read against your own usual range.

After you train: what the session really was, and what it means for the rest of your week.

Every evening: the day closed, and tomorrow set up.

One plan for your lifting and your riding or running. It bends to your real week, and it never changes without your OK.

Every morning

A quiet morning says nothing.
A hard one comes with options.

When last night or the week calls for a change, Melde shows a recommended option, lighter alternatives and “keep as planned”. Every option is checked against your real week before you see it. Nothing changes until you confirm.

The athlete always decides.

How it adapts

Three mornings, three different answers.

The same rules every time, read against your own usual range. You make the call.

One low HRV night

Situation: HRV is low for one night.

Melde: notes it and acts on nothing.

You decide: your plan stays as it is unless you change it.

Three nights below your baseline

Situation: HRV has been below your own baseline three nights in a row.

Melde: brings a caution and easier options.

You decide: pick an option, or keep as planned. Nothing changes until you confirm.

Resting heart rate well above your range

Situation: your resting heart rate is well above your usual range.

Melde: holds back hard intervals that day.

You decide: you still make the call.

After you train

After you train: what the session really was.

Melde reads what you actually did (the effort, the heart rate, how it compared with the plan) and tells you what held, what frayed, and what it means next.

What it was · What held · What it means for tomorrow

Every evening

Every evening: tomorrow, set up.

The evening close covers what the day cost, what your recovery needs tonight, and tomorrow in one line. If tomorrow should change, it arrives as a suggestion you confirm. Nothing is capped or moved behind your back.

Your week

One week.
Lifting and endurance together.

Melde plans your week across lifting, riding and running, and holds every change to rules you can see:

  • Hard days at least two days apart, by default.
  • No hard session the day after a strength session.
  • At most two hard days a week, unless you set your own.
  • At least one rest day a week.
  • Strength days at least two days apart, by default.

Published research supports the recovery times behind these rules. The exact gaps and counts are Melde’s own defaults, and you can set some of them yourself.

This week

  • Monday: Strength · lower body
  • Tuesday: Easy ride · 60 min
  • Wednesday: Intervals · the week’s hard day
  • Thursday: Rest
  • Friday: Strength · upper body
  • Saturday: Long run · easy
  • Sunday: Rest

What the coach won’t do

  • No diagnosis, no medical advice.
  • For warning signs, it tells you to stop and see a doctor.
  • It never changes your plan on its own.

Your range

Your numbers, read against you.

Code reads your HRV, resting heart rate and sleep against your own usual range before the coach says a word. Today shows a state, such as Clear or Caution, with the facts behind it.

One night doesn’t decide.

One low HRV night is noted, not acted on. Three nights in a row below your own baseline bring a caution and easier options. A resting heart rate well above your range holds back hard intervals that day. You still decide.

A good HRV night isn’t a licence.

A high HRV reading never means doing more than planned.

Missing data stays missing.

No data, no guess. Melde says it’s waiting for last night rather than inventing a number.

The science behind it →

Three steps

How it works.

01

Tell Melde about your training.

Your goals, sports and available days, with three health questions first. Melde builds your first week from that, and you can change any day of it.

02

Connect your data.

Apple Health and Apple Watch first. Garmin next, once Garmin approves Melde's access. Oura and Peloton later.

03

Train. Melde coaches around your real week.

Morning, after training and evening. Ask it anything. Change any day with a preview and your OK.

Your week. Your recovery. Your call.

Built around the data you already have

Apple Health Apple Watch Garmin (next, once Garmin approves access) Oura and Peloton (later)
  • Cyclist on an indoor trainer with a fan beside it
  • Runner's shoes climbing stone steps
  • A coach guiding an athlete through a push-up
  • A pack of road cyclists riding hard
  • Runner on a gravel road under an open sky

Every session builds on the last one.
